Energy efficient homes are less drafty, quieter, more comfortable and have lower utility bills than conventionally built homes. By making your home efficient you will reduce high energy bills and protect the environment by reducing your home’s carbon footprint. Getting a handle on your home’s energy use is an important first step to improving your efficiency.

If your electric bill is $50 (Congratulations!) if it’s higher, than we can show you where your home is wasting energy through the walls or if your combined utility bill is over $100/ month -then we can help reduce your energy consumption through energy efficient upgrades.

We can help you decipher your energy bills when we complete your home inspection -having the past years bills handy when you contact us will allow full vision of your usage.  PG&E has a handy online service that saves paper, allows you to pay online -if you want, see/ print your usage history for us, thanks.  PG&E online registration link
